If he said he was sorry, you got more satisfaction than I did. He lost every cent of a large amount that I gave him, despite my asking him to stop trading when I saw that we were nearly wiped out. His final act was to neglect to follow through on a trade to preserve the last 5K. He left me with 600. Unfortunately this was before he was incorporated or registered, and he had no liability under the contracts. I closed the account, but never got so much as a "gee, whoops" from him. He left SI very soon after that, and I hoped he had stopped. I am so sorry.
