I am not sure if there is anything to expand on, you have pretty much covered it.

Just think through your post. In order to arrive at those decisions, a servicer/owner of a jr lien cannot just arbitrarily draw the conclusion that the 20 is worthless behind an 80. What if enough time has lapsed and there is enough appreciation to net the 20 something. So they need to find out what is going on and one of the important pieces appear to be what First American is offering.
