< Anybody know who is selling and confirm if it's a sell filing?> WE 9/26 not yet avail on insider trader, but there was 1 Form 144 filed by a shareholder [probably from a PP since not insider or officer] for 6700 sh at 3.50 for wk ending 9/19. Note that Edgar on-line shows 8/19 then 9/23, so the above must be their 9/23. Don't know what you mean by "confirm if it's a sell filing"--Form 144 is an intent to sell. Bob
