Thanks for the clarity. I guess in most cases if a borrower is failing on a 2nd the 1st will fail too.

It is too bad a lot of people in past years would let their property go into foreclosure and they had equity. Could have maybe gotten 10 or 20 k even after a quick sale and the RE commission. Now days maybe not much equity in the ones going south.
