9% of the company [after the offering] for $110 million. That values it right now at $1.2 billion. Which just happens to be the cost of the constellation replacement. Annual revenue of $140 million sec.gov is a bit thin on the ground for funding a $1.2bn constellation which will last about a decade. Mqurice
