Once again I said "asset deflation..." Just as I have said we had a period of "asset inflation" for the last 10yrs or so.

Define "long term?"

Long term to me:

If I'm lucky I will have at least 80yrs on this earth, with 20 of them waisted in my youth, so with 60+ left, 6-10yrs for me is long enough time period.
