It's not really too tough to see that the IR writer, Chad, meant "..cement for concrete..", "..roboticly-manufactured roof trusses..", and "..lumber from mills in Canada..", in addition to "..providing construction management services in Canada, the US, Middle East, Germany, and the Gulf region..". Not just everyone can get A's in English Comp in school, aye.....
Of course the only one of the witless detractors brave enough or capable of owning a few shares of SLJB is Jim Bishop. And, he will flip back out in a flash - foolishly leaving more money on the table than any of the rest of the Bickering Blockheaded BashHoles has ever seen on one bank statement before.
