Apparently AMKR was up 28% at one point after hours.

Shares of Amkor Technology (nasdaq: AMKR - news - people ) rose 28% in after-hours trading on Friday after the company restated financial statements for a four-year period. Investors cheered the restated results, which are likely to clear up any stock options backdating issues the company may have. Amkor originally announced it would have to restate results on Aug. 16. The volatile stock took a hit this morning after Amkor requested waivers from bondholders. Shares closed the regular session down wider than 10%.
