t's amazing when it comes to CAPEX nobody is talking about lithography.
Don't worry niek - first you need to print it in order to etch it - A no brainer :o))
Besides the ASML presentation pointed out where the $$$ go;
I gave up try to make sense of upgrades and downgrades; analyst that try to provide a "reasoning" whether it's positive or negative are still chained to financial results they have to deliver to their firm. ASML's SI increased nicely while flirting with 52 week high - short sellers are the most reliable buyers down the road.

re:
Micron FY07 capex spend likely front loaded, expect Lam Research to be primary beneficiary

It's amazing when it comes to CAPEX nobody is talking about lithography.
We all know that Micron is a main customer from ASML in the Netherlands and we also know that about 15% of the CAPEX goes to litho equipment.
I estimate that about $ 3 billion will be used for equipment, which means that about $ 450 million will be spent on litho equipment.
Now, I would say that I expect ASML to be primary beneficiary.
