t's amazing when it comes to CAPEX nobody is talking about lithography. Don't worry niek - first you need to print it in order to etch it - A no brainer :o)) Besides the ASML presentation pointed out where the $$$ go; I gave up try to make sense of upgrades and downgrades; analyst that try to provide a "reasoning" whether it's positive or negative are still chained to financial results they have to deliver to their firm. ASML's SI increased nicely while flirting with 52 week high - short sellers are the most reliable buyers down the road. ASML Holding N.V. NASDAQ-GS

It's amazing when it comes to CAPEX nobody is talking about lithography. We all know that Micron is a main customer from ASML in the Netherlands and we also know that about 15% of the CAPEX goes to litho equipment. I estimate that about $ 3 billion will be used for equipment, which means that about $ 450 million will be spent on litho equipment. Now, I would say that I expect ASML to be primary beneficiary.
