>>You are the embodiment of the typical snob apple fanboy who LIKES that apple is nothing but a marketing machine telling clueless people how to live.<<
KIS -
In a sincere effort to communicate as one human being to another, I'm going to say somethng very useful to you in this post. Whether you choose to benefit from it is up to you.
Your use of phrases like "typical snob apple fanboy" demonstrates something. It demonstrates that you have accepted a generalization about a group of people, and having accepted it, you believe you know something useful. In fact, you believe you know everything you need to know about them.
The truth is that when you accept derisive generalizations like that about anything you just prevent yourself from truly understanding that thing, or ever learning everything new about it.
It is this bias that keeps you from understanding Apple, it's customers, or its products. (Of course, you're not the only one on the thread who has this same problem.)
Here's the really useful thing I wanted to tell you - If you want to be able to learn, you have to accept two things first:
1) You don't already know everything
2) Some portion of what you do know is wrong
This is true of everyone.
I am always delighted when I find out that something I've "known" for years is incorrect. It makes me feel like at least that one small bit of bad information has been fixed, and that my total knowledge is improved by that much, for whatever that's worth.
