That's a pointed message -

>>> Significantly, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Jianchao condemned North Korea's tests from Seoul, rather than Beijing, signaling Pyongyang that China was more interested in its ties with South Korea than with North Korea. <<<

Is there a reluctance by investors to put money into North East China because of the possible security and social chaos problems that North Korea could cause ? That could make it tough to spread prosperity into those regions.

Maybe China could arrange a showing of the puppet film
"Team America: World Police" ....;-)

(The film is not that funny, extremely crude, openly gay/ghey, often just weird, and did I mention offensively vulgar....however, it does have a few good moments. It's by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of South Park)
