Sorry, John, I haven't tracked either of those issues, myself... most of what I pay attention to are things that can make an immediate impact upon the developers, rather than longer-term strategic market moves, myself. (I'm not even sure what the acronyms are...! ;) (Larry, I'm with you, the new browser-level abilities for lightweight animation and interactivity open new areas of expressiveness, and it will be very interesting to see how the design community uses these over the next year.) jd
