While the comparisons of APKT to VG may be less justified than one with CBEY, it is important to note that at the IPO, the VG offering was for $531 million with the company valued at $2.63 Billion. VG is now at $1.08 Billion.

CBEY's offering was a modest $73.6 million with the company assessed at $328 million. CBEY is now at $794 million.

At $7.50 proposed, APKT's offering is worth $86 million with the company valued at $447 million.

With an indicated $11 million in earnings, APKT's estimated PE is around 41 and compares with CBEY's 213.38 (estimated) and VG's lack of any earnings.
