Michael,

You state that Intel will be incorporating modem functions into their chips in the future, causing big problems for modem makers such as USRX. Excuse my ignorance, but is it possible for chip-makers to do something similar with electronic power supplies? I currently own Zytec which manufactures and sells custom electronic power supplies to computer manufacturers. Can this function be eliminated by changes in chip-making technology??

Reading your thread has also made me wary of this company's future because of the competition you see coming in the PC market. Could this have a disastrous affect on companies like Zytec?

Thanks,

Tom
