Something has changed here in the northern Detroit area recently. Several houses near me have actually sold in the past few weeks. The deeds aren't recorded yet so, while I know what the sellers wanted, I don't know what the homes sold for.

Both Home Depot and Lowes were also actually busy today, although people weren't buying much.

Ork, is the misses getting any busier?
