RE IOC from a PM ------------------------------------------------------------- Beware of IOC hitting gas. Their drilling (so far) indicates high pressure gas. And where they are drilling, they may as well just burn dollar bills in a bonfire, because if they hit gas, even a large accumulation, it will be extremely unlikely to be marketable any time soon. Just Google where they are drilling and look at the terrain. Cost prohibitive to get gas to market... The rest of the company is worthless imo. A money losing refinery in the midst of a high fuel prices is a rarity. Lots of hype, damn little substance imo.
