Peter, From the looks of him, he may not have to retire. He is very close to having his liver blow a gasket with cirhosis, and probably kill him. I have seen that happen to others, and it is not a pleasant sight. He cannot perform in the Senate as is needed, because he is a drunk that can't do anything while sober. He's hooked on the booze, and it controls his every action, and words.
