Funny thing is this debate has very little relevance to my investing strategy or business model os it's not like I need either inflation or deflation for me to succeed going forward. Yes it seems another boom coming in a low interest rate environment that supports overvalued assets is what all signs point too even as housing falls. Not what either of us expected but I accept and move one. In the real world you are probably a nice guy.
