In the case of FERO, the timeline was dictated by defense, not the SEC. Milliken got his stuff resolved within six months of the indictment and the "probe". I do not think there will be any indictments with GRNO and I think that a promise not to do it again will be all that is required. (Anyone knows by know what it is they are alleged to have done at GRNO? or is it just the unlucky association with the wrong stock promoter?) Zeev
