Huh? Unless you attend the conferences and wish-list planning meetings, it would be difficult to know what all that means and where technology is going.

What we do know is that ARRS top 4 customers are Comcast, Cox, Liberty and Time Warner. All cable. The cable monopoly has been hurt from DBS and big Telco is on it's heels. The defense is triple play now and quad play soon. These are played out with customer pricing packages. VOIP is critical to this and is hot.

The short term problem for ARRS isn't sales. It's profit and margin pressure. The long term problem is sustaining growth.
According to yahoo analyst estimates, 2007 earnings will be lower than this year with increased revenue.
That's why the stock price is so low.

I think SFA had the same problem. Settops are going down in price. Comcast has taken it's first shipments from Pace.
Congress has already been discussing subsidizing settops for entry level digital so cable can get off of analog. These are settops under $100.

Bigband a competitor, is about to become public. Seachange has been working with Casa Systems. There isn't a shortage of video players.

There would not be any shame to sell out now when they are riding a hot product.
