No doubt where it came from, record corporate profits. Earned from huge increases in worker productivity without corresponding increases in wages. All enabled by special interest pay offs to corrupt politicians.

And still the deficit increases because Republicans have no spending discipline. And the trade deficit sets new records as we borrow from China to fund ideological wars and SUV pollution.
