I was off watching for hurricanes this summer. But it seems as if the global warming freaks have been praying to the wrong idol as the revered doctor of weather - Dr. Gray of Colo State U has been blamed for overstating the situation in their forecasting for 2006, to the tune of billions of dollars lost in hedge fund betting that this season would run with the best of the prior two years. Too bad, win some, lose some.

So now we are off for a month of golfing on the Big Island. I'll try to check back in now and then.
