The reason that Foley resigned is that he was told to. The republicans have no honor, they knew about Foley and his pedo ways for years. Nope the reason that Foley resigned was because he couldn't get re-elected, and he was taking down the house leadership with him. They cut him loose. I guarantee you he was told to do that, because right up to that point he was trying to cut a deal with ABC to quash the story.

You wouldn't know honor if it slapped you in the face.
