You're apparently fairly well convinced that it will happen per your scenario.

Wrong. I don't know what the scenario is going to be. I know what the outcome of each scenario is going to be. I am looking, in yours as well as Russ's work, for clues. Instead of arguing pointlessly we should be scanning data for direction. Can Heli Ben, CBs and Pig Men inflate the credit bubble even more? Or will they fail? To get the answer we should be looking at the leading liquidity indicators. Then we should invest accordingly.
Personally, I think that we are at the inflection point, by the Spring we should know whether Ben and his buddies succeeded or not.
