Targeting customers to saturate the market? Before obsoleting your present technology?

Once the efficiency is achieved by head count, the obvious step next is to target customers for more revenue growth.

This is not as easy as it seems. Sometimes or most of the time, the obvious route of distribution is already exhausted. New customers to be targeted may be require slight or major change in design of your product line. Or additional models for new areas of interest and deriving new customers to be targeted.

Targeting customers is always fun,. It builds collaboration in the headquarters for morale building.

It is somewhat like building a new company from a turn around exercise.
