I am not as confident as you are. I am really pessimistic about the SEC at this point. What could be taking them so long? I am quite confident he has angered enough of the right people to put into motion future SEC litigation, possibly even criminal prosecution although less likely. This does not surprise me one bit. I guess I have been reading these boards for to long. More surprising is the great number of people who actually believe this drunken rhetoric coming from Harris and his cronies.
