I agree 100% with all you wrote. I too tried to defend Carly sometimes... After that interview and knowing she lied about how she was fired, I told myself I'd sell the stock of any company that announced they hired her. I think the story said Perkins admitted he "confirmed" one of more of the stories involved in the leaks... so he was probably part of the problem. It sounded like Perkins wanted to do what Bishops did with bad priests... say "Naughty boy, don't do that again" and go on with business. Maybe the company is really better off now with the leakers gone and the board can concentrate on shareholder value as top priority, not setting new standards for having the most diversity to make a point...
