While what you say is NORMALLY true, I (and we) have seen the SEC take swift action on stocks, it just doesnt happen too often.

Anyone familiar with Host America (CAFE) knows that the SEC pulled the plug on trading extremely early because they THOUGHT somthing was wrong on a PR issued less than 2 weeks before hand. They took action first and sorted it out later.

It DOES happen,I just think the order of importance places stocks like CSHD on the bottom of the list. I think the SEC in a way views the OTCBB/pinks as a type of circus and they know (or they should) that there are too many companies pulling scams for them to try to hit these guys in real time..so a longer span of investigation than on a listed stock. With listed stocks there are institutions owning these (not saying inst dont own some BB/pinks) and greater reporting/accounting requirements so resources are used towards listed stocks much more than otcbb/pink stocks.

People dont like shorting of these sh!t stocks, then tell the companies to get audited financials and list on REAL exchanges. Holding certs will not stop the shorts who are really going after this company. I have said this 5 times, but I could say it 100 times and those bumpkins still wouldnt understand.
