Having been a small business owner I think I can explain why I think that LACI is onto a "no brainer" in the route business.

As a restaurant owner I would have had to look long and hard at leasing a slot machine where my up front costs were on the order of $500 in a personally guarenteed contract, and i might have wished i could have several machines, but the cost could prove prohibitive if I didn't have the anticipated income. On the other hand if someone had come in with the offer of 30% of the take on 4 or 5 machines I think I would have jumped at it. Of course the prior mentioned $500 is even much more prohibitive were I in a peso economy.

With LACI operating routes and supplying the machines cost free and paying 30% of the take to for the floor space & location, I think even I could sell hundreds of placements a month, and as the routes expand more and more small businesses will notice their competitors making extra profits and will seek LACI out.

I think they have a pretty good lock on the under $500 slot machines, and it will be difficult for competition to under cut them..

LACI fulfills one of my requirements for a stock, ie either a unique product or a unique business plan, in cornering all of the used slots from the worlds second largest manufacture, LACI has pretty much assured them selves of being in a unique position in the slot route business.
