john,

"does MACR compete with CREAF products in multi media?"

No. CREAF's offerings are primarily hardware (Dowdell would know
them better as the 'SoundBlaster' people rather than CREAF).
Was there a specific product you had in mind which needed clarification?

"do you agree it is a plus that INTC investigation is positive news
for MACR as it will slow down their pursuit in this area?
"

The Intel investigation shouldn't have any impact on MACR one way
or the other -- probably won't even have much effect on Intel, either.
A substantial part of the complaint is the 'Intel Inside' campaign
where Intel contributed money toward the marketing budgets of box
makers in exchange for the sticker placement. AMD et.al. is claiming
this as a practice toward monopoly -- INTC is calling it paid advertising.
Some people would call it smart business. FTC is checking things out.
