Ok, lets give every tin hat fissile material and see how it enhances global security. For any person to blame President Bush for what Clinton did 6 years before he took office is more than a little out of touch from reality.

North Korea was already enriching Uranium when President Bush took office. I await your explanation of how President Bush is to blame for what happened during Clinton's non watch.
