Nope, the Neville Chamberlain in this scenario was Bush. He issued the threats and when he was called on them, he folded. Bush wanted to go after the easy target, Iraq. He knew we could whip them with little effort. NK is a lot tougher, and like all cowards, Bush couldn't face a challenge...
