"GOLD FOLDS IN THE FACE OF NUKES!"

If back in May at $720 Gold -- I would have told
you that:

-- The Fed would stop raising rates.

-- Iran would unleash Hezbollah to launch rockets
into the heart of Israel.

-- Israel would invade Lebanon.

-- Iran would ignore threats from the U.N. and
America and continue on it's merry way with
it's nuclear program.

-- North Korea would blow a Nuke.

But, that the price of Gold would be $120-$150 lower.

You would have thought I was certifiably nuts.

And if I told you that not only would Gold have
folded, but that the US Dollar would be at 8 month
highs.

You would have called my nearest relative and pleaded
with them to have me committed.

Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction.

Or at least it may seem that way, because the reality
was that fiction was in the price of gold and not in
how global events unfolded.

Fiction and excess speculation.

Every potential positive catalyst on the horizon for
gold has unfolded over the last few months.

And gold folded into the face of all of them.

And the reason it folded... is simple.

Excess speculation.

If by chance you still needed proof that gold and many
commodities had reached a speculative excess...

North Korea just gave it to you.

They played the Nuke Card...and Gold Folded.

It's time to rethink "causation" and not just time & tape.

Ponder that last line... it holds your future if you've
been blinded by all that glitters.
