FPG, are these guys serious about this school stuff??? Almost every large company has classes for different topics related to their business. Some are safe working procedures, handling chemicals, hazardous waste, blood issues, (since aids), sexual harassment, etc.

Intel give FTC classes to their salesmen. I really don't believe they do, but that's an opinion I have a right to have, and G'bum has the burden of proof. I cam believe whatever I want to believe.

There are posters here that act like little kids, always claiming they are being called liars. This obscures the logic of a point, and turns it into a totally different subject, such as, whether a person is a liar or not. That isn't the point when the discussion is about Intel breaking the law. Changing the topic to "he said, she said" is not about a serious litigation for Billions of Dollars in damages between two Companies. This is expected to be the Trial of the Century, and the Lawyers are the very best in the Country, as well as equally matched.

It is a disservice to the stature of the respective counsel to argue the case on a message board. When witnesses were brought in by a phudster, that are so-called lawyers, and salesmen/pupils it seems to be just too convenient. With a snap the fingers, in comes the parade of witnesses. Then to state an opinion of disbelief means you're calling the witness a liar.

Well, I have right to my opinion, and they can't accept that. I also prefer AMD to Intel, and they can't tolerate that either. You see the Intel mentality is inbred in their supporters, the have to control everyones opinions and preferences.
