Don't worry too much about this issue....It is true that they have been waiting, but basically the Michigan legislature wouldn't agree to anything until they had the Detroit casino situation sorted out....The tribes are actually just being polite....They do not need the approval of the Legislature....In a worse case scenario they can go directly to the Secratary of the Interior and he can grant them the necessary approvals.....Check out the following website. dgsys.com SIR ROBERT
