Okay, Del, I read real fast and I liked what I saw. Now I'm definitely a totally non-techie girl investor, people I ask stupid questions of would tell you that right away, and I'm also a sucker for a pretty investors' packet, but several things here look really good.

I'm not very interested in outboard motors, but it looks like their technology is developing well. The Mercury DFI meets EPA emission requirements for the year 2008 (if we are all so lucky to get there!), and actually improves performance while cleaning up exhaust, and it's quieter than most outboards as well. There's a new prototype sports car, codenamed the S2S, that uses the two-stroke engine technology, and it's very hot looking as well--I wish I had one! Their car engine technology for other-manufactured cars looks road-worthy, at the least.

Their motorcycle engine, the Orbital 125cc single-cylinder, two-stroke engine meets 1999 emission norms. It looks like the motorcycle engines may be very profitable in Asia, a huge market.

There is also reference to the fact that staffing needs have changed because of the move from predominantly research into production. That's always good news!

Of concern is a little blurb about reorganizing finances. While this is always a huge concern, they are saying they expect a significant reduction in operating and capital costs in 1996/1997.

It looks workable to me as a technology, certainly filling a need and saving the environment. I haven't followed this company very closely, and I would certainly like to know what more technically interested investors think.

And is the stock really inexpensive at the moment? Is this a good time to buy?

Hoping to stimulate more comments, everyone!

Christine
