No, maybe it's the best criticism YOU could make of the Bush administration. Keith Olbermann, however, can do much better:

Its too bad so few people will see this video. From everything we know now, it can be said the Bush administration is responsible in part for 9/11. They were given serious warnings of a possible attack but were too arrogant to listen to anyone on the subject whether it be the Germans, the Israelis, the Clintons or their own people.

BTW the more I listen to Rice the more I realize she is an idiot. Where did people get the impression she was this brilliant statesperson?
