Fred... thanks for replying. It's been difficult to find out much in the
way of REG. The only way I would have known about it is from frequenting a small
resort in Mexico where I ran into one of the original buyers(he got in
at $0.18). This gentleman has been supplying some of us with what news
there is. As he knows the top management (personally) his words have been
listened to with great interest. I now longer have regular contact with
him but his latest pronouncements had to do with something happening in
January. Apparently the testing of the now completed A/C engine has
been successfully completed and the engine is off to a lab in New York
for further testing. This latter test will determine if the engine
falls into some criteria as specified by Ford. Next they will have a
prototype for a diesel. It is being built by the same company that did
the A/C unit. If I had their name I would gladly give it to you but all
that I know is that they're out of L.A. It sure would be nice to talk
to the folks involved with building it, wouldn't it?
Also I've heard of that 200 million licensing fee figure but I just don't
it. The Wankel collected that kind of money way back in the 1960's to early
70's. Surely a similiar 'home run' by REG would produce far more if one
would just take into account inflation.Add in that today's engine market
penetrates much more of the world than it ever did in 1970.

Keep in touch on this one.....Craig
