Anyone who has watched XMSR stock price tank during your period of touting who asks this obviously has no clue.

What problems?

You no doubt induced many to buy XMSR at much, much higher than current prices with your misleading statements about XM's prospects and your predictions of $60 share price.

OTOH, most of the SIRI posters, have indicated that trading is the way to go. And, if one is willing to take on the risk of this industry, a very high risk for BOTH companies, then one might as well go with SIRI, as it has all the momentum. I suspect that most of the SIRI traders have done quite well trading the stock and not falling in love as you apparently urge your toutees.

The bottom line is key in investing and in trading and these are the facts that really can't be denied

XMSR - dead in the water share price

XMSR - dead in the water as to subscriber numbers

XMSR - dead in the water as to management and possible delisting. I realize that they probably will get their lawyer hoarde on this and resolve this "just in time," but their legal expense is going to be enormous. FTC, FCC, SEC, RIAA legal experts don't come cheap.
