Brumar, quit lying about Clinton and Clarke. You are either ignorant or totally misinformed. Here's the bottomline. Clinton had a 24-7 Al Qaida desk in the WH runn by Clarke. They were on the ball every minute of every day. Bus came in and disbanded them completely. Didn't replace them with anything. So no anti-Al Qaida operations whatsoever under Bush. Nothing. You can't spin this any other way. Clinton was on the ball and Bush was AWOL. Period. There is nothing inbetween to spin. Bush even ignored the 8-6-01 warning which alone is grounds for impeachment for dereliction of duty.
