GaBard, you are right, re:confusion and doubt.
I just got through to EUTO, not sure why I had the problem before with the phone #. It is (561) 575-3520. Talked to a lovely person (Tara) and told her my feelings on the company, also how the transfer agent said "EUTRO RIGHT?" when I said I was checking on my certs.
