I don't know what the law says or doesn't say regarding this, but I can be pretty sure you don't know, either.

My opinion remains, however. Purchasing agreements between different vendors can vary widely. So can volume discounts. I'm pretty sure that's true for AMD's agreements as well as Intel's, so your interpretation, if applied equally, would find AMD just as guilty.

Now I'll wait while you try and convince me that it's different for a "monopoly" ...
