Newsflash. The people in NK ARE starving to death. Worse, there is photographic evidence that he has tested chemical weapons on live humans and he has enslaved hundreds of thousands in gulags. This guy is evil incarnate and nothing we do to force that regime's collapse will be worse than what the people are already experiencing.
