Yes we do, at least in terms of the action your proposing. We don't put publications out of business for sexist or racist comments, unless your talking about the possibility of lowered circulation and thus losses, and thus eventually the periodical stops publishing, but I don't think that's what you meant. If it is what you meant its not something that will always work. There is some market for sexist or even racist comments, also if someone is willing to publish at a loss...
