How much would you charge a terrorist for a nuke? $1Billion, $5Billion? Maybe he could sell one to Iran, they can afford it with our oil $'s. Frankly, I don't think he would sell one IF he has them at all......which I don't think he does. Remember kim jong il is very, very paranoid. He wants those bombs as a deterrent to an invasion.
