And quite right too. Have you seen how many new listings are going to London as a result ?

I agree with you about this kind of crap, but there are only two solutions that I can see.

1) Ensure that only CEOs with a strong sense of ethics get hired. Like that'll ever happen...
2) Establish pre-emtion rights for all stockholders - which is broadly the case in the UK, but has its own attendant disadvantages, in terms of significant costs and lack of speed.
