Heard about it, read about it, have been to the grave site of Abu Bakkar, given a semi-private meeting with the highest Imam of Saudi in the 1990's while in Mecca (Sheik Bin Baz, dead now), stayed in the guest castle; that and dozens of other life experiences have broadened my knowledge of the subject.

You may want to check your history, specifically with reference to the Al-Mahdi Army. There have been more than one supposed revealings of the Mahdi (later denounced as fakes) in history that resulted in major wars with the Brits under colonialism. ... tons of books you can read about not so smoothly run rebellions and revolutions against Brit colonialism all over the planet.

There is a test of fellowship that many of you bloggers use, where you require people to post the obligatory bush bashes with every political comment or you caste them into the dungeon of bush worshippers. That tactic is void of reason and I utterly reject it...
