Tai Tieu, the articles mentioned by ChiTao are at: forbes.com hot-stocks.com I trade sysf in the past and have found that there are times the spread was up to $1.00 a 5% of the investment. The investors, like us, often loose out since we pay UP TO 10% of our investment as we buy then sell this stock. The most we can do with this problem is, IMHO: 1) write to your congress rep about such documented abuse by nasdaq and urge congress to support SEC in its action. 2) send e-mail to squak@cnbc.com and let the media know about individual cases like sysf stock and others
