N. Korea is a client state of China now. China is the ONLY country with any influence there. They don't want 10 million refugees to support while they strive to get their GDP up. They aren't happy with Kim. I'm sure there are some N. Korean generals telling them they'll do a better job. twq.com All the support for N. Korea flows over their land border from China.
