I had CNN on as it all happened and was working at home. After the initial shock, I realized that we'd over-react, and wondered how.

I didn't imagine at the time the event would be exploited to promote the agenda of the neo-cons, and knew nothing of PNAC.

I wonder if the chimp Nero knew of the PNAC documents. I doubt it. He was probably an easy sell. I can hear Cheney now - "You can FINISH the job your father failed to complete!"
